Sal H. Chan is the Chief of Operations and Senior Analyst at Mukasey Young. Sal brings his creativity, experience and insight to every stage of a case, from the initial stages of discovery all the way through trial. Sal's talents have also been on full display as he flawlessly engineered the presentation of evidence and graphic design during:
- an intellectual property virtual bench trial in the Southern District of New York
- a false statements jury trial in the District of Massachusetts
- a public corruption jury trial in the Southern District of New York
Prior to joining Mukasey Young, Sal was a senior litigation paralegal at an international law firm where he worked on white-collar criminal trials and complex civil litigation. His cases involved the representation of the former CEO of a retail company against accounting fraud charges in the Southern District of New York; an asset management company in its claims against an international telecommunications corporation in Morris County, New Jersey; an RMBS trader in a federal criminal trial in Hartford; and a precious metals trader in a criminal trial in federal court in New Haven.
