Tom Thornhill is a Senior Associate at Mukasey Young LLP. He has nearly 20 years of experience representing organizations and individuals in federal and state criminal investigations, federal criminal trials, government enforcement proceedings, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation.
Tom has a broad range of industry experience, having represented clients in the financial, auditing, health care, airline, automotive, sports media, and construction industries.
Tom played a significant role in the weeks-long federal criminal trial of a Turkish banker charged with violating the United States' sanctions against Iran. More recently, Tom was a part of the Mukasey Young team that defended the founder of an electric truck manufacturer at a federal criminal trial on charges of securities and wire fraud. Tom has also participated in several investigations and prosecutions involving alleged union and political corruption.
On the civil side, Tom's practice has focused on matters involving securities fraud, civil RICO, and auditor liability.
